Our box office opening times are Monday – Friday 10am-2pm. Alternatively you can speak to one of our members of staff when you arrive at the venue.
We have over 90 free parking spaces and we suggest you arrive early to avoid congestion and lack of spaces.

No, The Spotlight is a cashless venue, we accept debit and credit cards only.
The doors and bar open 1.5 hours prior to the show start time, and 1 hour prior to cinema screenings.
Yes, the Spotlight serves pizza in our Green Room Bar. We also sell crisps, nuts and snacks along with a wide range of beverages (hot and cold)
Broxbourne is the nearest train station. We are approx 15 min walk or 5 min taxi ride from the station.
Yes, you do not need to print your tickets, your tickets can be checked on your phone for entry to the show.
You can search in your emails using tickets@bookings.thespotlightvenue.com, hopefully the search will find them for you. You do not need printed tickets, you can show your phone to the Usher on entry.
